Or it could have been the makers of the 'Italian Job' thought the Frisky had less 'street cred'

There were some versions unique to Oz.
So may I present for your perusal and delight, the Goggomobile Dart
Note the smooth lines, uninterrupted by unnecessary adornments such as doors and take in the luxuriously appointed interior!
There was a van version too

I love the Princess!! I have had several - the last being a mint 1978 2200HL (kindly smashed to bits by a lorry after only 3 months of ownership!!) - They drive beautifully and in all honesty are the forerunner of the aerodynamic cars of today. The hydrolastic suspension made them waft along the road. All my 2200's had the straight six and the auto Borg Werner gearbox and I could beat almost anything off the lights! Weirdly my last one was in the same colour as the one in the video - pretty sure that one is Raynard Metallic.
