This still here :slapme:

I think there may be a problem. Could it be you can find the answer but feel you couldn't set a new question, so you didn't reply?

If so I may be able to help.
I have a few questions waiting to be posted, so post an answer. If you want to set a question, go ahead or if you don't, no problem, just say so and I'll set a new one.

An Art-Deco-style MG Tigress mascot as designed by Casimir Brau, (signed C. Brau to base) & as fitted to the 1930s MG 18/80 and the rare 18/100 MG sports cars. Patinated bronze finish, display base mounted.

We have a winner :woohoo:

Yes this is the ' Panthere' by the French sculptor Casimir Brau. The MG 18/100, of which only 5 were produced, was the only MG to be offered with an official mascot fitted. The 18/100 was unofficially known as the Tigress (even though the mascot was a panther!).
Due to its weight it was actually fitted to the headlight bar and not on the radiator cap, you can see it between the headlights in the photo of the car I posted above.

Cecil Kimber had one on his desk as too did George Tuck, the MG publicity manager.

Well spotted MG mad, but considering you actually own most of them, not too hard a challenge for you.

Nice selection. I've got three but need to do a check on the others when I get home. Using a BlackBerry to play this game is a bit of a struggle.

Need to go out now. Think I know four, so if you can identify D, which looks to be an MGB, you'll get yourself a win.

D - ?

Tsleight set a question on this last one in the old MG Quiz (Click here)
