That would be 'The Man With The Golden Gun' based on Ian Fleming's James Bond series, where Mary Goodnight drives an MG B and during the film gets locked in the boot whilst attempting to place a homing device on Scaramanga's car. Scaramanga has a sidekick named Nick Nack, played by the 3'11" Hervé Villechaize.

Absolutely correct. The lyrics to the theme tune are a classic "He has a powerful weapon, he charges a million a shot"
