The MGA in question is a cartoon type drawing (not completely accurate) not a photograph. It is on a financial magazine that is on sale in W H Smiths and has a union flag on its bonnet

I've got too much to do at home today so I can get out on the Richmond Rumble tomorrow. Someone pop your head in a newsagents and spot the cartoon MGA on the cover to earn a quick point.
