Since rog1963 is unavailable to place a new question, here is a very rare MG for you to identify

Pysmon and todds200 may recognise this?

There were 24 produced and cost about three times the standard version, there was no No.13 in the first batch so the cars were numbered 1 - 25

Good luck ladies and gentlemen

Rog, sorry to be a nerd :yesnod:

You were correct but it is a 1964 MG BERLINETTE and featured at the 1964 Brussels Motor Show. The one in the photos with Reg CBW 55B was ordered by Walter Oldfield, MD of Nuffield Press who used it as his company car, it was evaluated by a number of BMC top brass. Oldfield kept the car for a number of years before it went to Mike Akers, who worked at Cowley. It was sold in 1970 by a London Dealer with 30,000 miles on the clock, to a member of the Coune family. This was the only Right Hand Drive Berlinette that was made. It is beleived that 18 of the 56 made still survive today.

It was an excellent question from Tsleight.
